Angela Clark
Angela Clark is an ESSA Specialist in the Center for State and Federal Programs at Region 7 Education Service Center (ESC). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Tyler, in addition to a Principal’s certification. Before joining Region 7 ESC, Angela served as both a district Curriculum Director and Federal Programs Director. She has also gained extensive experience teaching in various districts within Region 7.
In her current role, Angela provides support to school districts on ESSA programs, with a particular focus on Titles I, II, IV, and V-B (RLIS), addressing program requirements as well as fiscal and funding-related inquiries. Additionally, she offers guidance on State Compensatory Education (SCE) programs, funding, and at-risk criteria.
