Brandy O'Neal

Brandy O'Neal is the Marketing Technician at Region 7 ESC, having joined the team in 2021. With a Bachelor’s in Applied Human Resources Management and 11 years of experience working in education, Brandy comes from a district setting and brings a strong passion for supporting the students and schools in Region 7. As the social media manager, she handles marketing strategy for workshops and conferences, including event photography. Brandy is a lifelong resident of Carthage, Texas, and is proud to call East Texas her home.
