Viki Sparks is the Deputy Director of the Center for State and Federal Programs at Region 7 ESC. With over 30 years of experience in education, Viki has dedicated her career to advocating for all students, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. She is committed to ensuring that every student has access to a high-quality education that can pave the way to success—whether in college or a fulfilling career.
