Angela Gandy
Angela Gandy is an ESL Specialist in the State and Federal Programs department at the Region 7 ESC. Prior to joining the Bilingual and ESL Team, Angela received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Masters of Education from University of Texas at Tyler. Angela's experience ranges from working with secondary and elementary students as a Reading/Language Arts teacher to serving as an EB Assistant Principal. She has campus-level administrative experience with LPAC, TELPAS, and T-TESS. Angela's passions include newcomer support, TELPAS strategies, and ESL instructional support.
