Conny Garcia is a CTE Specialist I in State and Federal Programs with Region 7 ESC. With nearly 25 years of combined experience in Career and Technical Education and industry, including roles as a teacher, campus administrator, and district administrator, she brings a comprehensive understanding and data-informed approach to enhancing CTE programs. Conny holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at Arlington and is passionate about the transformative power of CTE programs to create meaningful career pathways for students while also supporting campus and district accountability.
