Joseph Pino

Joseph Pino is a Bilingual-ESL specialist at Region 7 and works with school leaders and teachers in the areas of Bilingual and ESL programs, Spanish Language Arts, and Parent, Family, and Community Engagement.  Prior to joining Region 7 ESC, Joseph served as a Director of Bilingual and ESL programs, as an elementary bilingual and secondary Spanish teacher in Texas and Alaska, and as an adjunct Instructor of education at LeTourneau University.
