Melanie Tidwell
Melanie Tidwell serves as an ESSA Specialist in the Center for State and Federal Programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M-Texarkana.
Before joining Region 7 ESC, Melanie worked as the Federal Programs Director at Marshall ISD and as Curriculum Coordinator at Region 8 ESC. She is committed to supporting LEAs with grant administration and compliance, ensuring they maximize their resources to support student success.
