Brittaney McKay
Brittaney McKay is an experienced educator and curriculum specialist with a passion for empowering teachers. After teaching at both the elementary and secondary levels, she transitioned to her district’s curriculum department, serving as the ELA facilitator. In this role, she managed curriculum, led professional development, and supported teachers across 21 elementary campuses, 5 junior highs, and 2 high schools.  
 
Inspired to address the real needs of teachers, Brittaney founded In Between the Lattes to provide practical, effective solutions for classrooms across Texas—especially during the evolving STAAR landscape. Guided by her belief that “everything is figureoutable,” she is dedicated to sharing proven strategies that truly work for educators and their students.
